Being enthusiastic sneaker enthusiasts ourselves, we recognize the significance of receiving your sneakers and accompanying accessories in pristine condition. Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original shoebox) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you. REFUND
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date, provided the item is in original condition with kickscrews tags attached.
Under normal circumstances, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the return address will be provided after the kickscrews customer service team confirms the exchange.
